This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week’s theme is Take the time to Kōrero!
What are you going to do this week to focus on your wellbeing?
Have a look at some of the resources the Mental Health Foundation have created designed to encourage you to have kōrero this week!
Some other ideas we have for taking some time to look after yourself:
Go for a walk and get some fresh air
Listen to your favourite music
Take a nice hot shower or bath to wind-down after a long day
Do some mindful colouring - download this template from MHAW, send us your creation and go in the draw to win an awesome prize from us!
Do something you really enjoy like baking, hanging out with your friends, reading a book or playing some sport
This week we are also launching a prototype for a wellbeing toolkit which will include lots of content on a wide range of topics from some awesome women who are experts or have some real-life advice! We will be working on creating this over the next year and are super excited to share the final product with you!
